Our Story

Enchanted Bakery was created by partners and longtime friends, Vanessa and Norma-Gina, out of a shared love for baking, creativity, and the comfort that comes from thoughtfully made food.

Many of you may already know Vanessa’s custom sugar cookies through Vanessa Bakes, a beloved passion project that began with baking for family, friends, and the local community. As our vision has grown, Vanessa Bakes is now thoughtfully transitioning into Enchanted Bakery, bringing those custom cookie creations together with our full bakery offerings under one name and shared purpose. The cookies you love aren’t going anywhere — they’re simply becoming part of something bigger.

We bake in small batches using time-honored techniques and carefully chosen ingredients, making each order fresh and with intention.

As we grow toward our future home, Enchanted Nook (Bakery and Bookshop), we’re grateful to share our bakes with our community, one handcrafted treat at a time.
